I've used their service multiple times and both times was a great experience. As a single female home owner, it’s difficult to get quality support with knowledgeable professionals. Kerry was incredibly patient and took time to explain what was happening. He helped me assess and clean my dryer vents even though he was here to fix my washer.

First, I love this company, because even though it was a Sunday, they responded to my online request for an appointment immediately. Second, I appreciate that they have an online system through which you can schedule an appointment.

Third, and most importantly to me, the technician who came out was efficient, pleasant, considerate of our home and knowledgeable. He was even putting the process of ordering the needed parts into motion as he assessed the problem. He came back within a couple of days with the needed part, and was in and out in 15-minutes!
